There is no long country list to scroll here, and that is the point. A custodial wallet has to open an account for you, which means a licence in your country, a queue, and a list. B28 opens nothing. The wallet runs on your own device, so where you can use it is a question about app stores and sanctions law, not about which countries we have reached.
How to be sure you have the real thing
B28 is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play and through no other channel. There is no web installer, no APK on a forum, no Telegram bot, and no early build handed out by direct message. Anyone offering you a "B28 wallet" from anywhere else is not us — please tell us if you see one, and never enter a recovery phrase into anything you did not install from a store.
Why there is no country list
Because B28 is self-custody, your keys live on your own device and we never hold your funds. There is no account for us to open in your name, no local entity to license, and nothing to switch on region by region. Apart from the sanctions block below, if the app store serves you, the wallet works.
The one place B28 is blocked
A server-side geoblock closes B28 to sanctioned regions: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, and Belarus. That is the entire restriction, and the list moves when sanctions law moves.
The card
The instant-convert Visa card is a different animal, because a card really does need a regulated banking partner and really does have a country list. Its terms, its fees and the countries it reaches are published in full when that partner is in place, before anyone can order one. See the four planned tiers.
One company, and not a bank
B28 is operated by a single company, B28 OÜ in Tallinn, Estonia. There is no separate per-country entity behind a per-country sign-up. B28 is not a bank and is not a credit or deposit-taking institution: it takes no deposits, holds no client money, and never has custody of your crypto. Crypto is volatile and uninsured.
