There is no long country list to scroll here, because the honest answer is short. The B28 wallet is available broadly. The card is not available anywhere yet. Below is exactly what that means.
The wallet
The B28 wallet is live and available broadly to download and use. Because it is non-custodial, your keys live on your own device and we never hold your funds, which is part of why it can work for so many people in so many places.
Where it is blocked
We block access from sanctioned regions through a server-side geoblock. As of now those regions are Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, and Belarus. This list can change to stay compliant with applicable sanctions.
The card
The instant-convert Visa card is coming and is not available anywhere yet. When it launches, it will roll out by region, and each region will go live as it is ready rather than all at once. We will publish the card's terms and its spending fees when it launches, and never describe it as live before then. You can join early access from the download section to be told first.
One company, not a per-country bank
B28 is operated by a single company, B28 OÜ in Tallinn, Estonia. There is no separate per-country entity behind a per-country sign-up. B28 is also not a bank: it does not take deposits and is not a regulated deposit institution, and crypto is volatile and uninsured.
