01The guarantee
Three things B28
cannot do to you.
Most wallets ask you to trust that a company will behave. B28 is built so that behaving is not required. These are not promises. They are things that are not possible from where we stand.
We cannot move your money.
The key that signs a transaction is created on your phone, inside the same secured hardware that holds your fingerprint, and it never leaves. There is no copy on our side — so there is nothing for us, or for anyone who ever works here, to sign with.
We cannot freeze you.
There is no account to suspend. There is a wallet on your phone that answers to your fingerprint. No review, no hold, no "unusual activity" email at the worst possible moment, in any country, on any day.
We cannot lose it.
B28 keeps no vault of customer funds, because there is no such thing here to keep. That removes the single biggest thing that goes wrong in this industry: there is nothing on our side worth breaking into.

02The Sentinel
It does not warn you.
It stops you.
A crypto address is a long, meaningless string of characters, and sending to the wrong one is final — there is nobody to call and no way to undo it. So scammers build addresses that look almost exactly like the one you meant, and count on you glancing instead of reading. The Sentinel reads the address, the token and the transaction the moment you paste it. When it finds a confirmed threat, the send is not available. Not discouraged — unavailable.
